A formula ∀x(P(x)) is equivalent to formula ¬∃x(¬P(x)) i.e. add ¬ inside and outside, and convert ∀ to ∃.
So, ¬∀x(P(x)) is equivalent to ∃x(¬P(x)). So option (B) is correct.
